This is the only PaineWebber Promotional Card I’ve ever seen. The 1/2 oz Silver Prospector is a Tier 4 Rarity, less than 50,000 of the rounds were made.

PaineWebber was a prominent American investment bank and brokerage firm founded in 1880, known as a major player in retail brokerage, asset management, and investment banking. Acquired by the Swiss bank UBS AG for $10.8 billion in 2000, it operated as UBS PaineWebber before being rebranded into UBS Financial Services in 2003.
